Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Renderlix. If you use Renderlix on behalf of a business, organization, agency, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to that entity. You must not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
Account Registration
Certain features of Renderlix require an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating and maintaining your account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential
- Protecting API keys and access tokens
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activity performed through your account
- Restricting unauthorized access to your Renderlix account
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account, API key, password, or other credentials have been compromised. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
Your Websites and Authorization
You may use Renderlix only with websites, domains, applications, URLs, and content that you are authorized to manage, process, render, or submit to the Service. By adding a domain, submitting a URL, uploading a sitemap, or otherwise instructing Renderlix to process content, you represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions necessary to do so. You must not use Renderlix to render, scrape, access, cache, reproduce, or process websites or content where you lack the necessary authorization. We may request reasonable evidence of your authority to use a domain or process particular content.
Rendering and Cached Content
Renderlix may temporarily process and store rendered HTML, page resources, metadata, HTTP information, crawler-related information, logs, and other technical data necessary to provide the Service. Rendered output may be cached according to:
- Your configuration
- Your subscription plan
- Technical requirements
- Cache expiration policies
- Platform limits
- Internal optimization rules
You acknowledge that cached content may not always reflect changes made to your website immediately. You are responsible for configuring cache expiration, cache refresh, recaching, or other relevant settings based on your requirements. Renderlix does not guarantee that every rendered page will always represent the most recent version of your website.
Crawler Delivery
Renderlix may allow you to configure which crawler requests receive rendered content. This may include search engine crawlers, AI crawlers, social bots, SEO tools, and custom User-Agents. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of crawler-based rendering complies with:
- Applicable laws
- Search engine guidelines
- Third-party platform rules
- Website terms applicable to your content
- Your own privacy and disclosure obligations
You must not use Renderlix to intentionally deceive users, search engines, crawlers, or third-party platforms. Rendered content served to crawlers should materially correspond to content available to users on the applicable public web page.
SEO and Search Engine Disclaimer
Renderlix provides technical rendering infrastructure. We do not guarantee:

Search engine and crawler behavior is controlled by third parties and may change at any time. Your results depend on many factors outside Renderlix's control, including content quality, website architecture, technical implementation, backlinks, search engine policies, competition, crawler behavior, and algorithm updates. Use of Renderlix does not create any guarantee of SEO performance.

- Number of rendered pages
- Monthly rendering volume
- API requests
- Domains and websites
- Concurrent renders
- Cache storage
- Crawler requests
- Rate limits

Subscriptions
Certain Renderlix features require a paid subscription. Available plans, included features, usage limits, and prices are shown on our pricing page. Purchases are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record and are subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period until cancelled.
Billing
Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period. Charges for extra renders above your plan limit are billed for the period in which they occur, up to the overage cap shown for your plan. Payment, invoicing, taxes, and failed-payment handling are managed by Paddle under Paddle's Buyer Terms. If a payment fails, we may limit paid features or suspend rendering until the payment is completed.
Taxes
Prices displayed by Renderlix may exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for sales tax, VAT, GST, withholding tax, or similar taxes applicable to your purchase, except taxes based on Renderlix's net income. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated and collected by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
Free Trials and Promotional Plans
We may offer free trials, free plans, credits, discounts, or promotional pricing. Eligibility requirements and limitations may apply. We may modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable law. Unless otherwise stated, unused promotional credits have no cash value and may expire. Creating multiple accounts to improperly obtain free usage, credits, or promotional benefits is prohibited.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Renderlix dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then. Cancellation by itself does not result in a refund; refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan, including an upgrade to a higher plan. Renewal payments and charges for extra renders are covered by our Refund Policy, which sets out all the conditions. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Changes to Pricing
We may modify subscription prices, usage fees, limits, and plan structures. For existing paid subscriptions, material pricing changes will generally take effect at a future renewal period unless otherwise required by law. We will provide notice of material pricing changes where required. Continued use of a paid subscription after the change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated price.
API Use
Renderlix may provide APIs, API keys, tokens, webhooks, SDKs, or other developer tools. You are responsible for all activity performed using credentials associated with your account. You must not publicly expose confidential API credentials. We may impose:
- API rate limits
- Authentication requirements
- Usage restrictions and request limits
- Security controls
We may update, replace, deprecate, or discontinue API endpoints when reasonably necessary. Where practical, we may provide advance notice of material API changes.
Third-Party Services
Renderlix may integrate with or rely on third-party infrastructure and services, including hosting providers, cloud platforms, payment processors, analytics providers, CDN providers, authentication systems, email providers, monitoring services, and other technical vendors. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Renderlix is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Customer Content
You retain ownership of your websites, source code, data, content, trademarks, and other materials that you submit to or process through Renderlix. You grant Renderlix a limited, non-exclusive right to access, process, transmit, cache, reproduce, and technically modify your content only as necessary to operate the Service, perform rendering, create cached output, troubleshoot technical issues, prevent abuse, maintain security, provide requested support, and comply with law. This license ends when the relevant content is no longer reasonably required to provide the Service.
Renderlix Intellectual Property
Renderlix and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, infrastructure, platform design, source code, APIs, interfaces, documentation, databases, logos, trademarks, branding, workflows, and proprietary technology. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, license, distribute, or create derivative works based on protected elements of Renderlix except where expressly permitted.
Feedback
If you submit suggestions, feature ideas, feedback, or recommendations about Renderlix, you grant us permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of your confidential information or customer content.
Confidential Information
During use of the Service, either party may receive confidential or non-public information from the other. The receiving party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and not disclose it except as necessary to perform obligations under these Terms, with permission, to professional advisers under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the Service. However, no internet-based service can guarantee complete security. You are responsible for securing your own systems, maintaining safe account credentials, protecting API keys, configuring appropriate website permissions, maintaining backups, and implementing appropriate security controls for your applications. You must notify us promptly if you become aware of a security issue affecting Renderlix.
Privacy
Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Renderlix, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed according to our Privacy Policy. If your use of Renderlix involves processing personal data on behalf of your users or customers, you are responsible for determining whether additional agreements or disclosures are required under applicable privacy laws.
Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless you have a separate written Service Level Agreement. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, security incidents, third-party outages, network failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We may modify technical infrastructure to maintain or improve the Service.
Beta and Experimental Features
We may provide beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features. Such features may contain bugs, change without notice, perform unpredictably, be discontinued, or have limited support. Beta features are provided "as is" unless otherwise stated. You should not rely on beta features for critical production workloads unless you accept the associated risks.
Suspension
We may suspend access to all or part of the Service if we reasonably believe that your use violates these Terms, your activity creates a security risk, your usage threatens platform stability, your account is involved in fraud or abuse, payment is overdue, continued service could expose Renderlix to legal liability, or suspension is required by law. Where practical, we will attempt to provide notice before suspension.
Termination
You may stop using Renderlix at any time. We may terminate your account or subscription if you materially violate these Terms or if continued provision of the Service creates substantial legal, security, or operational risk. After termination, your right to use the Service ends, API access may stop, rendering may stop, cached pages may be deleted, and account data may eventually be removed according to our retention policies. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
Data Export and Deletion
Before terminating your account, you are responsible for exporting any information you wish to retain. Renderlix is not intended to function as a permanent storage or backup service. Following termination, we may delete customer data, rendered pages, configuration data, cached content, and account information subject to applicable law and our data retention policies.
Changes to the Service
We continually develop Renderlix. We may add, remove, modify, or discontinue features, integrations, APIs, interfaces, crawler support, dashboards, plan limits, or technical functionality. We will attempt to avoid unnecessarily disrupting customers and may provide advance notice where changes materially affect paid functionality.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renderlix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will always be available, rendering will always complete successfully, every page will render identically to a user browser, crawlers will always accept rendered output, cached content will always be current, the Service will be error-free, all integrations will continue functioning indefinitely, use of the Service will improve SEO performance, or the Service will meet every technical requirement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Renderlix and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost search traffic, ranking losses, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, website downtime, or crawler or indexing issues. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renderlix's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Renderlix during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Renderlix, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your use of the Service, your websites or content, your violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorized processing of third-party websites, unlawful crawler configuration, or your violation of applicable law.
Force Majeure
Renderlix will not be liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These may include natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, internet failures, cloud provider outages, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, labor disputes, power outages, or widespread infrastructure failures.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
Dispute Resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to use reasonable efforts to contact Renderlix through the contact methods available on the website and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we may provide notice through the Renderlix website, your dashboard, or another reasonable communication method. The updated Terms will become effective on the date specified in the revised version. Continued use of Renderlix after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. Renderlix may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, or to an affiliate.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
No Waiver
Failure by Renderlix to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, applicable order forms, subscription terms, and any written agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Renderlix regarding the Service. They supersede prior discussions or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
