Refund Policy.
Last updated:
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Renderlix subscriptions and forms part of our Terms of Service. Renderlix is operated by FOP Sobolieva Anastasiia, Ukraine.
Who processes your payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns and refunds, in line with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid Renderlix plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for that plan. This applies to new subscriptions and to upgrades to a higher plan. No reason is required.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can request a refund of a renewal payment within 14 days of that renewal if you have not used the plan during the new period.
Usage-based charges
Charges for extra renders above your plan limit reflect resources already consumed. They are refunded only where required by law or where the charge was made in error.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt email or visit paddle.net and look up your order. You can also email us at [email protected] and we will help you with the request.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it usually takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Renderlix dashboard. After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund; to get one, submit a request as described above.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. Where the law gives you a longer refund period or stronger rights, those apply.
